When customizing your design you will see three boxes - blue, red, and black.

The blue box is your "safe" zone. You should keep everything that you do NOT want cut off your card inside this area. 

The red box is your "bleed" zone. If you want print to cover the entire card, your background design MUST go past this line all the way to the black edge. Anything between the red and black box is the bleed and will be cut off during production.
