About the event
Join the excitement of the Kansas Wheat Festival with the annual Fun Run! Whether you're a seasoned runner or prefer a leisurely stroll, there's something for everyone. The 5k kicks off at 7:30 am, followed by the 1-mile run at 8:30 am. Both events start from the Wellington Kanokla office located at 404 N Washington Ave. We welcome walkers to join in the fun too!
Pre-register by June 30, 2024 if you want an event T-shirt. Packet pickup is available on July 12th from 8 am to 5:30 pm at the Wellington Kanokla office or on race day from 6:30 am onwards.  Please be checked in for your event 15 minutes prior to the start time of your race! Every participant will receive a finisher medal, and top male and female runners in the 5k will be awarded trophies. Enjoy post-race refreshments and hydrate at the aid station conveniently located…
